Hacking (NGC) Pal to NTSC help

Hi.

I Have a back up of the game Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix for Nintendo GameCube Pal version. The fact is that I own a modded NTSC Wii.

I tried GCOS and all the other softwares, but I didn't find any tutorial. I don't understand the steps to burn my disk and everything needed on it. Anybody can help me please.
