Few 3DS videos are around 100MB, the 3DS downloads them in a few minutes or so, how is that a pain with the 3DS?

download speed will VARY from person to person as everyone doesnt share the same internet providers or speeds

Well, the downloading speeds aren't an issue, seeing as I download all the stuff really fast so far. =O

bah tell me about it, well have to wait for scene patch/fix - dont want to loose the ability to play almost all nds games while waiting for uber 3ds's titles.
