Owen has released a new Wii homebrew game inspired by the classic Asteroids arcade game. In this rendition you must protect the Earth from an alien barrage of asteroids to return peace to the galaxy. Check out the project page for more information on this project.

• Use your little ship to destroy asteroids threatening the earth while flying saucers try to stop you.
• Large free space environment filled with asteroids.
• Power-ups, custom colours and alternate fire

Newo didn't like my icon, but considering I did spend quite some time on it, I figured I should at least post it:

Also note that the game was tested from a SD card using the homebrew on a wii. It needs to load textures and sounds out of the file directory.
