They should work fine with any cart that requires a mSD.

It wont matter with a modern flashcart, except for one or two games.

taiwan are slightly slower, but will still perform nice, except for maybe 2-3 games, should be find on cyclods tho

So do the locations of manufacture actually matter, except for a few games (back in the day, I recall there only being problems with the Castlevania games)?

taiwan is fine you only have to worry about that castlvania games and if you save enough you will be ok

Yeah, well....of course they will SAY that, but it's been proven that Taiwan cards are slower.

Like everyone else said though, only a couple games will have an issue with it. Castlevania: POR for instance is one that will likely freeze up on you. My nephew has a slow Transcend microSD and except for the few problem games, it runs everything else just fine, so....no worries.

got a link to the ones you get?? they dont mention where it's from so I thought they'd be the american ones, and not the japanese ones. But I want to get some now if they're from japan and so cheap

You're only going to run into troubles as far as I know (potentially) with 3 games, both Castlevania games and the newer Tony Hawk games. If you aren't concerned with those games, you're good to go.
