Hello~
I am a newcomer to this site, although I don't totally understand what it is or for.
Is it just like, a more mature and strict version of GameFAQs?
Or is it more focused on hacking? (Because I've seen a lot of hacking threads)
Guess I'll find out.

(Also the EXP Requirements need to be toned down a lot. Like, is this an EA site? lol)

GameFAQs? Nah. Discussions on here are a lot more civil and don't just boil down to bashing on individual games/series like on GameFAQs. People here also a considerable amount more pleasant than on there. You don't get flamed for having a different opinion than someone. Overall the experience is much, MUCH better.

I was talking about the Level Up EXP Requirements.
You need like, close to 30000 EXP to reach max level, but you only get 1 EXP for most things.
500 is the maximum amount of EXP you can get at once, and that is only if your thread reaches 1,000,000 views.
It's kinda crazy.
I highly doubt anybody could ever even come close to reaching max level in their entire lifetime unless they were a celebrity.


Also yes I am a huge Fire Emblem fan.
And by huge fan, I mean I started a few days ago and I am in love.
Playing through Fates Conquest: Normal - Casual now.
Then I'll be attempting Fates Conquest: Lunatic - Casual and see how I do.
Very fun, pretty tough even on Normal (which I really appreciate), great music, and lots of cute
guys.
Also Male Corrin x Niles is a thing and I love it.
It's actually what first got my attention.
That, and I mained Corrin in Smash before I knew about this game.

As far as XP goes, I think anyone who regularly logs in and posts from time to time will hit level 2-4 fairly fast. All in all though, it's just a fun game for the users to get invested in being active, :P so don't worry about it too much.

GBAtemp is like a mix of all the existing game forums, without the ridiculous gamefaqs mini squabbles, mostly, and without the strict mods of resetera. Fairly lax forum, tbh, and one that focuses on the community. Hope you enjoy your time here!

I didn't know that you could S-Rank Niles as Male Corrin in Heroes.
That's pretty sweet.
Well, time to play lol
Although I have about as much luck as Arthur so hopefully it won't take me too long to get
both of those characters.
