Hacking Newbie Wii-U mod question (for vWii)

Hi all...

I have a new Wii U sitting in the box and I'd like to mod the vWii component so that I can carry over the games I had on my previously Wiikey modded Wii. I have a few beginner questions though:

Guide:

1. I'm looking at this guide for a step-by-step for the softmod, correct?:

2. Do I run the risk of any problems if I let them use the WiiU before I soft mod it (provided I don't take a system update)?

3. Is there anything special I need to do to carry over my USBLoaderGX setup? I have a WBFS formatted drive with a bunch of games backed up to it.

4. I saw that there has been some progress to a hacked WiiU reported - is there anything I should avoid/do with that in mind?

4. There have been just rumors. Nothing set on stone. Nothing we know for sure. So nevermind for now and enjoy your console.

Thanks greenkoala! The system has been a lot of fun, although I have to admit I'm hoping someone does some damage on the U's homebrew side. I see a lot of potential for a homebrew media center application here.

For 3 if you mean do you have t alter the drive at all to get it working on the vwii... no you dont
