Hacking Newbie alert

Well here I'am. I've got a WiiU with nothing except MArio Kart 8 on it.
What do I have to do to get loadiine to work. Do I need special games to run it. Must I install a homebrew launcher like on the Wii?

A tutorial to get everything to work would be nice but for sure a lot of work, I think?
