New Wii TMNT Fighting Game!

Latest issue of Nintendo Power brings info about a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fighting game for the Wii. The game doesn't even have a name yet, but it's being developed since January 2008 and it's supposed to be released by September 2009.

The game is being developed by former Team Ninja members (Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden) and Smash Bros Brawl staffers and will be published by Ubisoft.

-Interactive Stages
-4 player versus
-Story Mode
-Battle Royal
-Tournament
-Winner Stays
-Loser Stays
-Practice
-Unlockable Characters
-Unlockable Stages
-Online aspects said to be better than Brawl implementation
-Each character is color coded with glowing effect to make 4-player battles easy to follow

Its hard to believe its a Ubisoft game & (so far) Wii only. I usually avoid any license game by Ubisoft nowadays shit even the none license stuff is iffy but they did do a good job with GBA TMNT & the developers are ones who know how to make a good fighter. Plus it's getting over a year and a half dev time.

We may be in for a good fighter.
