If i dont hace acces to the store, Nintendo ban my console, that means im screw since i cant update my games?

eshop spofofer on homebrew works for now but when they patch it again il have to downgrade my main 3ds to use eshop and i don't want to

How do i update manually?

You'll have to obtain a patch for the game you want, and make sure the region is correct. Then just use FBI or BigBlueMenu or another FBI installer to patch it. But if you install a wrong-region patch, it will have no effect and there will still show an 'update available message'.

I swear im going to see what I can get out of nintendo if they block stuff like Cubic Ninja without updating. saying that I dont have wireless internet access anymore, I don't live near any stores, etc.
report it to nintendo and tell them you no longer have internet access and that you paid money for this game or something of the like, idk. I just wanna see how they respond
what if you say you live in the middle of nowhere with no wifi? (ANYMORE)
I meant wireless internet, and that you no longer have wireless internet access

"You must have had internet access in the last 24 hours since you clearly updated to 10.4 or you would not be getting this error."

There, saved you a phone call.

What about my legal games?
on sysnand or emunand?

well apparently my 3ds no longer does. its called a one way trip.

Hate to be a noob here but if you stay on 10.3 for now, is a downgrade still a thing you can do? Someone was making it sound like downgrading isn't possible now, or perhaps they meant if you go to 10.4.

I don't think you people understand, so I'll make it as simple as possible
NINTENDO DOESN'T CARE YOU DON'T HAVE WIFI.
THEY ARE GOING TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU.
IF THEY START MAKING EXCEPTIONS TO IT, THEY KNOW THEY WILL DEAL WITH FAR TOO MANY OF THEM, SO THEY NEVER WILL.
Seriously if you think Nintendo will help you just because "you don't have wifi" you are kidding yourself. Don't even try.
Plus, if you tell them you don't have wifi, how do you even expect them to do anything about it. They can't just say some magic words over the phone and cause your device to play games that aren't updated. That would require them to at least have network access to your device, meaning a wifi connection.

eventually the hope would be it would cause problems that they would need to fix, which potentially could incentivize you to re-connect the 3ds the internet. geez, its just an idea.

Buying a game (code) on facebook, aparently it was bought with a fake/stolen credit card
so pretty much sort of like a chargeback got you banned?
