Ninjhax, OoT3DHax (requires another hax to initially install it, or borrow a friend's game with the correct payload installed), and if you have N3DS, smashbroshax (just because it's hard to use doesn't mean it's not an option, for those who will inevitably say this).

From 10.4? No, for that you would need a hard mod and have had a nand backup from before being on 10.4.

Now I don't have to wait for another gateway update before I can use non-crypto fixed .cia files

Although it sucks for those who needed it for actual sysnand.
