Hardware New to Supercard - Iplayer question

I just got my supercard DStwo yeah!
I was just wondering what are all the formats the iPlayer can play?
the site says 'RMVB/RM/FLV/WMV/ASF/AVI and etc' so I'm curious what the others are
also is it best that it be 640 by 480 or what?

I have no idea, it says etc, or is it just some mistake and I'm reading too much into it?

By ETC I'm pretty sure they mean MP4 and DTS. Also this should be in the DS flashcart section or atleast 3DS hacking

It is an accesory and hardware, and trying to understand it isn't really a hack, but yeah maybe the ds flashkart section. I only spend time on the 3ds section though. ANYHOW
What's the best video format to easily run on the DStwo?
