Hacking New to jailbreaking

I have firmware 7.0.1, my switch was jailbroken but decided to wipe everything because Tinfoil was acting weird. So I got all the lastest updates because my switch was last jailbroken in late 2019. Im using
Atmosphere 0.15
hekate_ctcaer_5.3.4

I follwed the steps from ht tps://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/rcm/ but now I can not run Homebrew app store. I'm getting error codes
