Hacking New to DS flashing

Hello, i'm new to the forum , new to the ds and new to ds flashing. Any existing links to other forum pages can you all share with me, also if anyone can tell me whats the best flashing hardware/software for ds available on the market right now to links to a dealer. Thanks a lot guys
