ROM Hack New to 3DS hacking

Hi I,m new to 3DS hacking as in I don't have any modifications on my 3DS. But I decided to get some the only problem is that I need to go down from 11.4 on my Old 3DS so I could use soundhax and all the other payloads and programs. I'd like to go down to at least 11.3.Any ideas? Thank you.

The above post is correct. You only have three options right now:

• The hardmod method (requires soldering)
• The DSiWare method (requires a system transfer from a 3DS that already has CFW)
• The ntrboothax method (not released yet)

Downgrading is not an option.

No ones knows an ETA of if there ever will be on.

Long story short, downgrading is pointless these days. If you have the ability to downgrade, then you probably also have the ability to install B9S without downgrading. In other words, if you have the ability to downgrade, then you don't need to downgrade.

It is possible that a new method to easily install B9S on 11.4 will be released someday, but there's no way to know if/when that's going to happen. It could happen tomorrow. It could happen in the year 2019. It might never happen.

You should assume that the hardmod method, the DSiWare method, and the ntrboothax method are your only options for the foreseeable future.

Edit: You could also sell your 3DS and buy a new one that's on 11.3 or lower.

Ok the DSiware method does it have to be digital copies or can it be cartridges.Also these are DS games do any of these work Scooby-Doo! First Frights,Moshi Monsters Moshlings Theme Park,New Super Mario Bros,Sim Animals,Petz My Kitten Family,ZhuZhu Puppies.This might be worthless information but maybe not.

Has to be digital; DS games will not work, only DSi games will. Game list and prices can be found here.

Well great I can't do that my camera doesn't work.Also why does my camera work with Face Raiders (only the background not the actual faces ) and the system configuration for the outer cameras on System Settings? also when I'm on Nintendo 3DS Camera and using the outer cameras the screen is black but everything works but then I switch to inner and the screen is black but it's frozen and no buttons work.

You don't have to use the camera. You just need to find the game on the eShop. The QR code is just a quick way to get to the game.
