I got 3 stars too. It's a good game, but it's short... I hope there are still secrets because I don't think I will do it all again.

It's directly over you at the beginning. Climb the first two platforms and then to the left.

in the last castle, whats the order to go in through that continous maze unless you go thru the right levels of height, i know you go thru the bottom one first but cant figure out the rest, driving me nuts, thanks,

How do i get to the stage 7-5?

After you finish the game, in the world map, press Start, then enter the following command

L R L R X X Y Y

This enforces the scroll of the game, meaning you can no longer back track during a stage.

For a moment, I thought people were posting from the New Super Mario Bros. guidebook that just came out in Japan

The force scrolling might not be a big challenge but at least it'll add some variety... Maybe they can reverse the levels in some way just like they do in racing games

There doesn't appear to be a way to track which levels you beat again with the forced scroll mode..that's unfortunate. I'm assuming there's another star on the title screen reserved for beating all the levels in that mode, but without a way to track which ones I've already done..

There is no stage 7-8..it goes up to 7-7, and there's a 7-A..
