Hacking new sakura and MaL3 help

ok so I updated to the new sakura firmware (after I had to format and reload my SD card) and everything was going good had eveything wroking untill I found out that my mario and luigi bowsers inside story .sav no longer works.

I have all the save data backup on my PC but when I replace them it still doesnt work.

it was happening to me this morning i just reinstalled the firmware and reflashed my m3i zero
