ROM Hack New ROM hack...

i couldnt really help cuz I dont have the knowledge for this stuff. The most HACKED thing I did was hacking the starter pokemon in diamond and pearl (just to test it) and modyfing areas that pokemon appear in... but I think it would be awesome if you made a ds pokemon game

If we find the tools for it we could make a Pokemon one, I guess a gold/Silver remake. Crystal? I have Gold so it will be easy to reference. And we'd use Diamond. Or Pearl...

Okay, so we'll make the Gold project. I have Crystal but it doesn't work. I bought it off some kid from school for 86 cents. But still, I knew that and was going to try and fix it...

EDIT: Scratch that, we're going to work on the New Super Mario Bros. one. Pokemon may be a later project, but not for a LONG time.

Yeah, not to spoil the party but... coff... coff. In NSMB Mario is a 3D Model and the owerworld ALSO is 3D. Only nemies and other stuff are sprites. Also, to make a custom tileset you'll need to hack palletes and all that jazz. If you want to hack something i'd suggest you to start with a Super Mario world hack using Lunar Magic. OR, a Translation proyect.

Well, I found a level editor for it, and the different things, but:
YAY! I FINALLY found PokeTEX. So maybe we CAN work on a Crystal remake.

So, NSMB is like made up of polygons or whatever, not a sprite, dammit. I suck at that!

Son of a bitch, no Map editor, but there's a youtube video on how they sort of edited it, but it wouldn't come out for a while since for now it wasn't good. so... please suggest, I want to try at hacking, sorry about being a bad leader...

We'll we find to something possible, especially for my first time, and maybe some of you? So PKMN Diamond, too hard with a map editor, and sort of impossible for now, NSMB, again 3D characters, not sprites,

Thats actually a good idea. But that just edits text, not the cases overall..
