You need a Japanese cart or 3ds?

Reportedly yes on both accounts. I should be able to let you know firsthand within the next week (my Save Editor has been ordered and is supposed to be delivered next week since I selected a faster shipping option.)

Man, I'm getting that "web operation failed" crap and I'm not even using it on Pokemon. I'm trying to use on Lego City Undercover The Chase Begins. I've never had any problems with it before and status things on the Powersaves website all say Running.

they're updating it for custom user made codes :D (at least I hope they are, what are you waiting for datel????)

I forgot to mention that it gets stuck on Uploading Save.

please make sure the firewall is not doing anything to the program
sometimes i get that message , like 1 time out of 10
also, check your router/modem , restart them
the Web Servers for powersaves is sure slow , but its do the job

so, shinyfy pokemon and and free wonder card for people who don't live in a city without pokemon center and many many other thing
all that is not good ?

shinify is some fake half-assed shinify by datel trying to keep the cycling simulator aka breeding legit, hurr durr. Well now that's all pointless, because the Japs have their perfect 6iv shinies with their original TID/SID's intact unlike us. The Japs also can just edit their own wondercards on their own without datel wasting our time just waiting for them to post their bullshit "custom" codes.

How can they Shiny their own Pokemon yet keep the ID the same?

Most likely similar to Pokegen except using PKHeX for example. Mine is on order and is supposed to arrive this week if the shipping estimates, etc pan out. When I experiment with it some, if nobody has posted their experience, I will.

Datel should give us the power to edit our saves on their servers it saves them the time for making codes. Have the users make their own codes. Instead of waiting on their own hackers who barely updates and simple code requests that they can't hack "Although we endeavor to fulfill as many requests as possible, due to the high volume of requests we receive we cannot guarantee to fulfill all of them. Please bear this in mind when submitting a request." I have been asking simple requests that only takes them a few minutes to do I have to wait on their laziness for them to make codes.

I can give a few Code Request Examples
Kid Icarus Uprising
All Save Slot 1 Codes for Save Slot 2 & Save Slot 3

Fire Emblem Awakening
All Items 99x For Save Slot 1, Save Slot 2, & Save Slot 3

Animal Crossing New Leaf
All Save Slot 1 Codes for Save Slot 2, Save Slot 3, & Save Slot 4

Pokemon X & Y
Wonder Card Slot 1 Codes for Wonder Card Slot 2, Wonder Card Slot 3, Wonder Card Slot 4, Wonder Card Slot 5, Wonder Card Slot 6, Wonder Card Slot 7, & Wonder Card Slot 8

I can't see why they don't take on easy code requests. I have requested these and they failed to do so. This is why they should take on the Cyber Gadget Save Editor Tools in a version of Powersaves and allow the users to make their own codes it would be easier on Datel to allow users to make their own codes and they can use it on their servers for other people to share. I would like a feature like that. If Datel doesn't comply 3DS hackers should make their own servers to Edit 3DS Saves just like Cyber Gadget Save Editor with the Powersaves Device for All Regions and nobody would want to use Powersaves Program anymore. They should allow us to edit our save without waiting on Datel hackers to get the job done. I would like to say take on easy requests or let us edit our own data your call Datel.

I would love for people to send this message to Datel and let us hear us out! Who's with me?

There's honestly little reason for Datel to change their business model. I don't know how successful their sales are in Japan, but I bet they don't get nearly as many sales as North America and Europe (bundling them by the three 3DS regions). They only have one competitor, which only competes in the smallest region (geographically and total population). So they have three options:
  1. Continue their current method
  2. Allow for custom codes for all regions
  3. Compete directly with Cyber Gadget by allowing custom codes for Japan only
Right now, the first option seems to be the best from a business perspective. The third one would be horrible because they would be alienating the rest of their customer base. The second one would only be a choice if they are losing sales, ie. a strong competitor in two or more regions.

As for the company that sells Cyber Gadget, they would need either 3DSs of different regions, or a way to bypass the region restriction, not including the use of Gateway (different save file encryption despite emuNAND being on 7.0+). That and there's always the part where the company may want to serve only Japanese people.

To above poster. I. Can see cyber gadget making a move to support the us/EU/au region, that is one move at once and you would cover three large regions who you would know have disposable income and would buy this product like crazy upon release. Finding investors for that move would not be difficult. Its a smart business move. Now the question us what is cyber gadgets motive ? Do they want to make this international move or not ? We would have to wait and see.

Okay, sorry for just focusing on this part of your post but, you're saying this like it's an easy thing that can just be DONE. Do any current hackers in the scene even know how to set up a 3DS farm and have them resign saves? I'm not saying people are stupid/ignorant compared to Datel but... Also, there's the money thing: are you going to help buy the 3DSes required for a farm? Wouldn't you need one from all regions, too? How many 3DSes do you even NEED for a farm? It's... not as easy as you made it seem. It would be nice to have a community editor but honestly it's a lot of money and effort and knowledge most people probably don't have.
