I don't really think its my job to tell you how to dump a system title.
Point is, you're probably not going to be able to do it efficiently even if you manage it once. You need to dump it for each system version and region otherwise it will be good for like one key generation.

I'm looking at Wii U now and it looks like it shares the algorithm.
Most people using haxx are at least old enough to be aware of what they're doing anyway. I don't believe that there would be (if any) parents out there who buy 3ds's for there children then use haxxes on it later on.

Does the 3DS version use keyslots? If it the same as Wii U, that would reveal another boot key X.

Even if the 3DS version did use key slots, given that Nintendo was changing the key with every region AND version of the title, it is unlikely that any of the Wii U normal keys are going to match up with any of the 3DS KeyY values, which means we are no closer to another 3DS key slot KeyX value.
