As most of you are aware, any old 3ds purchased today (July 2015) is practically guaranteed to have firm 9.2 or below which allows full control of your system.
However, no one can be certain this will remain the case forever, hence the need for this thread to exist at some point (how about now
). So without further talk, post the firmware of a recently purchased (<= 3 months ago) old3ds (XL LL 2DS OG) with the same basic rules as this thread.
example:

8.1.0-19U FULL firmware with region

Keep in mind: it is possible that if your new system is an unusually high firmware, it could have been a return sold as new. Check for this by noting (or remembering) if the system first booted to home menu instead of system-setup or if a demo video exists. Both of these are indications of a returned system and shouldn't be included in this thread.
