A friend and I have been playing MHXX since we cant get nintendo switch to play Gen Ultimate, but today we got a message saying that we have to update the software; I checked and it seems that capcom updated the 3ds version of the game, i would love to get the new update .cia, any news on that is very apreciated

You can update via freeshop delete first your previouse update then update again

Wouldn't the English patch translation need to be updated to be compatible with this update?

how do i update with freeshop, i usually get my updates in .cia but since this is a jpn game i pretty much clueless

Go to game pad on the instaled game choose mh xx delete update, after you delete re download it again
