Homebrew New Homebrew User, Cannot Install?

i don't have Cubic Ninja nor Ironfall, so I can' these those.
HomeMenuHax requires another launcher to first install, so I can't use that either.
I have an Old 3DS, so I can't use BrowserHax.
TubeHax is dead, can't use that either.
What should I do? Please, I want to have Homebrew on my 3DS!

Yes, and I believe they sell them at walmart if that helps. They should be about 20$.

Last time I checked my GameStop or Walmart or any store, the only power saves I could find was one that edits Amiibos.

Well, those are no good... Sorry, you would either have to order one online, or see if you have a friend that has one that you could borrow. You only need it once, and for about 20 minutes, if that. If you want, ask and see if/when they will be in stock
