Hacking New Acekard2.1 knackered?

Hi, I just recieved my Acekard2.1 from dealexteme, downloaded the official firmware, unpacked it and put it on my 2gb microsd card, made a new folder in the root folder for games and added a couple of games, but when I put the acekard in my DS, the DS just says that there is no card inserted. I've tried to format the sd card and no joy. Do I have a knackered acekard?

I'm not sure what a knackered is.. but try to RMA it.

Sounds like a bad connection, mine does it sometimes, take it back out of the slot then put it back in again pushing quite hard
