How do I do that?

I'm not an expert with soldering, but i've seen some videos on youtube on how to.

Either you bridge the line with a wire or repair it with a thin copper wire.

I also will have to buy a replacement board...
I spilled some solder on a very small resistor on my Old 3DS XL and now the picture is very bad.

Yea, when working with small components, you absolutely need a good thin soldering iron with temperature control, and using flux to make sure your not burning the board and/or solder spills.
