Hardware New 3DS isnt reading the apps/software

Hi, I buyed an New 3DS and played it for 2 months till it got an issue with the softwares.
At first I was thinking it was the hack or the SD; But the hack is still installed there and the sd is still reading the only pic from pokémon Moon that I took.

The issue is, it wont read the softwares (FBI, ANEMONE and the others that need) not even the games are there anymore. When I go to the SD paste to see the softwares it says that there's none. (Idk if it helps something but I was playing Pokémon Moon while it came up out of nowhere, it was that black screen in the touch screen. I paniced at the moment so I didnt read the whole thing but it asked to press any buttom to reboot. When I let it reboot it came back without nothing, no games, no wallpaper and not even the apps)

Idk what it is since if I put a game card slot there it will work normally.. at this point I'm in panic and nervous since I didnt use it for months now. Help

Copy everything off the SD card, reformat the card in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster [use guiformat for larger than 32 GB capacity], and test with Full Write + Verify in H2testw.

Edit - We need to first check your card could be a fake before doing anything else first. Do not assume it's real until the program tells you otherwise.

Apparently the 3DS itself deleted some files from the sd that it was needed to work and read the apps, idk why tho since it just rebooted itself :/
But thanks for aswear, a friend fixed it for me now and hopefully it didnt lost the saves too >.<
