Been there done that. Hello 2003, 2002 (or was it 2001?) called and they want their game back.
I'm sure Rockstar didn't develop this...why would they, they hate Nintendo...but suddenly love the GBA...at least until PSP comes out. Anyways, why should I waste my time downloading this, much less buying it, when I already own and have beaten the PC version? Better late than never, but come on, what person who owns a GBA doesn't have at least 1 PC in their house?

If you're saying yes rockstar did to the matter of developing this game then you would be wrong. As I've said before, they let Mobius (American Idol) develop the game for them. Rockstar is merely the publisher. There is a big difference.
