Thats strange. I have a NFO file with the 1073 ROM. First by Country it say USA (English).
Then in the notes stand this is the Euro Version. So I am not sure, what is right.

anyways, Rising Sun usually releases European and Japanese dumps, so i guess that the old one is european and the new one is US

Anyway, KOF EX2 is a very good fighting game.

I checked and i find it kidna of useless to get this one if you have played the Japanese version(which the storyline didn't matter).
And from the shots i didn't see much difference either.

actually, i've heard that for the console version of KOF 2001, the US version censors out all of the parts with blood.

never thought KOF would be censored, geez.

maybe in the future they'll want to censor GBA games as well?

1073 is actually dumped from an european cart and it has USA serial on it. This is why GBAarms for instance says it is USA (which it is not

)

This (1328) is a real USA release

There seems to be other thread of this release going on too

There's no point adding two (U) versions of this game to the release list then. Basically the same. Reminds me of those SF Doctor catalogues where there were quite a few double releases. But, they numbered them anyway.
