New: 1168 - Blackthorne (U)

Played the PC version (which I own, bought for $5, bargain bin) for about 10 minutes before I learned it was one of those adventure games where you have to use your brains, like Oddworld and Heart of Darkness -- haven't touched it since then.

The visuals on this of course get the standard Blizzard GBA treatment, too. Someone went nuts and cranked the contrast up way, way, way too high. When will developers learn it's better to let the player adjust it themselves? Ugh.

Has anyone been able to get this game to save?
I patched it, but when I play it saves/loads ok but when I turn the gba off/on it loses the saves

even under pogoshell the same is happening

anyone have a clue? I really want to replay this classic

ps: I think the gfx are ok

I did not patch the game and I have no problem with saves in Pogoshell.

I just remembered that my card supports eeprom saves without patching..
