Hello there.Recently my Old2ds is popping up a new 11.6 update

The question is
Is the new version homebrew-able via NTRBoot using a R4I 3ds RTS card?
Will I be able to still install a CFW?
(I cant use the eshop or the internet until I update my system version)

Thanks :p

wait
r4i 3ds?
the flashcart should load .nds things
not .3ds

NTRBoot can not ever be blocked/effected by OFW updates. NTRBoot is a bootrom exploit that will require entirely new hardware for Nintendo to fix it.
So it doesn't matter if your OFW is 1.0, 11.6, or future versions, they will always be exploitable with NTRBoot.
As for the cart, Nintendo stopped blocking flashcarts around 7.0. So as long as they don't update the whitelist, then your cart should always boot on current/future OFW updates.

Regulary check the 3ds guide for possible new exploits.
