Does this need the save fix does anyone know....and if it does, will the one fix from the US release work with this one.....

I am using the correct BIOS and version of VBA and the Grapics are still screwed up. Pressing Crtl+1 helps, but not enough to let me play the game w/o irritation. Is there another patch or file that I am missing?

Simple is, report it to VBA author and he will be fixing it for the next version or whatsoever..no patch is existed. The more report to VBA the better he will corrected it the next version.

DO NOT use the "report this post to a moderator" link to simply call attention to it. Use that command ONLY to call a mod to a suspicious topic (where we get spamming or illegal links, etc). Besides, it's rather well-known on other topics that I don't have a flashcart, so it's clear you didn't do a lot of reading on which mod to send that report to. Please stop it.
