Never installed Hatake! Am I screwed?

Title says it all when I first got my switch it was already hacked via sxos and I switched to atmosphere and never used hatake but was told I should I never used it or ran it and I don't want my switch bricking or anything if I do. Is it safe to run it cause I want to run android on my switch as well. My switch is on the latest atmosphere update and boot file and is on the switch ver before the new update came out if anyone could help me please

Hekate is perfectly fine to run. Android on Switch requires an Erista so don't waste too much time if you are using a Mariko/Lite. It also requires you to set up a partition on the SD card for Android (you could end up erasing your emunand if it is partition-based if you don't know what you're doing), if this isn't something you are comfortable setting up you might just want to use an Android phone instead.

I wanted to do this so I can run Gforce now on my switch so I can play so desktop games when I'm not home

I would suggest using a separate SD card while learning to set up Android so you don't accidentally do anything to your existing emuNAND.
