Gaming NES cartridge HDD mod?

I have this broken copy of metroid for NES and I was thinking of what I could do with it.

Well I could put a laptop HDD into it and make a new sticker that says "NES hard disk drive" or something fancy and retro?

Would anyone want if I did a good job?

Or a USB hub?

. You could make one out of it, add some rubber and such.... don't know if it would do you any good though

. Not sure but I'd say the cartridge should fit a 5,25 inch bay. If you also have a NES lying around and some mini ITX machine (or old laptop) then making a disc out of it would be cool: you could make multiple discs which you can swap to run different kind of games (say a cartridge for MAME, one for old dos games, etc.). Pointless, but kinda fun

You should do that with a 250gb SSD and put LOADS of emus and ROMS

I have every single NES rom and that is less than 200mb....
