Hacking Neogamma R8 Beta 15 Rev15 help?

It always says timeout and I think I found out why, is it because my Rev is 15?
Also, which rev is the best and what cIOS does it use?

use neogamma r8 beta15, and install cios249 rev14

Dual layer support is broken in rev14 so if you have no dual layer games, rev14 is the way to go
