Nah it still won't let me install.....
In order to get the latest version is it a case of downloading modmii again, getting that single cios and putting it on sd card then installing?

You could also just use the d2x installer, that maybe would be easier. Reload to IOS236, select d2x v7 final 21007 slot 250 base 57.

Right, put the cIOS250[58]-d2x-v7-final on my sd and tried doing it through wiimod but came up with the same error message. Should I redo the other cios? I'm not sure if it would make a difference? Here's the cios I was given to download...

* cIOS202[60]-v5.1R
* cIOS222[38]-v4
* cIOS223[37-38]-v4
* cIOS224[57]-v5.1R
* cIOS249[56]-d2x-v6
* cIOS250[57]-d2x-v6

Does it matter that I am on 4.2 and not gone to 4.3?

Right, have tried all 4 of the IOS but I get to the installation map, after selecting the options you gave me and goto 250 (which is flashing) then an error message quickly pops up then goes away.
God this is turning out to be a bit of a nightmare, eh?

WeeBaby, I would try just using ModMii, select the wizard, and tell it its a virgin wii, no harm doing that, as
all your current hacks are overwritten anyways.
follow the guide that modmii generates for you from start to finish, and you should at least solve your 250 problem.
THEN run modmii again with anything else you require.

IF ALL ELSE FAILS, PM XFLAK, HE KNOWS HIS SH*T

Yes, start with a clean SD, then put the files modmii DL's for you on it, and re-hack the wii, as if it were a virgin wii.
At least you'll have a clean starting point, then work from there. delete all after you rehack, then use modmii again to install
your other hacks that you may need.

Installed Neogamma R9 Beta 54, tried Spyro and it comes up with message 'unrecovered disc error' I have tried other burnt games and they work fine.
At the bottem it says 'Neogamma R9 b54 d2x56v7final (249)

I re-burnt the Spyro game and it's still coming up with the same error...burnt it at 3x speed. Using the same discs as I used before....don't understand how?
