Homebrew NeoDS question

I just downloaded NeoDS and I know exactly what to do, but I need .bin files and no .rom files.
I can't find .bin anywhere. Do I have to look better or do I have to convert. I have no luck finding a converter anywhere either.
Some people say I have to download Mame roms, but there are a lot (read: all) of Neo Geo games that I can't find in the Mame sections.

read the included readme, thats why it was written.
use google and don't ask for roms here, it isn't very nice!
