So I've hit a wall that prohibits me migrating from my O3DS to my N3DS. I'm looking for some assured responses so I can be certain in my particular scenario.

1) Can I system transfer from O3DS SysNAND toN3DS EmuNAND? If so, are there any are special procedures or tips to be aware of? (This is special because my legit NAND is hella precious to me and wish to retain it's data through all transfers.)

2) Let's say I completed a system transfer from my legit NAND to a EmuNAND and used MenuHax to prompt CFW to EmuNAND. My question is: if I decide to change from MenuHax to Arm9LoaderHax would it jeopardize my EmuNAND? (This is rather important because I read elsewhere that A9LH doesn't use EmuNAND. So if I already have an established EmuNAND, how would I go about to getting it to A9LH's SysNAND?)

3) When I complete a system transfer and choose to format that system, will it disrupt the target system's association with my NNID if I were to re-link it after its format? (Ultimately, I want to format to re-do my personal Mii. I'm aware this conflicts with the 1st question; I'm just looking for an answer.)

Thanks!

Make sure ur O3DS SysNAND is between 9.0 and 9.2,
thus u have as many exploits as possible to launch Homebrew Launcher,
then try save manager out.

1. Yes - just do a system transfer in the normal way (choose send from the old 3DS, and receive on the emuNAND of the new 3DS). Choose the option that's move data from the old SD to the new SD (might be called 'swap SD cards'), then after the transfer copy the data on the old SD to the new one. You might need to re-unlink the NANDs on the new 3DS afterward.

2. If you plan to use A9LH at some stage in the future, it will be WAAAAYYYYY easier to do it before the system transfer. That way you are following the guide from a stock console and can follow every step verbatim, instead of having to worry about what steps to skip or having to change steps.

3. Can't you just make a new Mii and set it to your personal Mii? Why format?

Also, you should lay off the thesaurus a little bit, makes your post hard to read.

Alright, best if I gave the guide a read to understand it at all.

Actually, I cannot. For some reason my personal mii is locked and is unable to be modified or shared. It's a hassle when trying to migrate it to my WiiU or Miitomo.

Yes, actually I didn't understand your third question at all  If you were asking if you can re-link your NNID to the old 3DS after transferring, the answer's no. It'll be linked to your new console. If you are asking if you can relink your NNID to your new console after formatting - why bother doing a system transfer at all if you're going to throw it away by formatting?

It's the latter; to re-link NNID to the target N3DS after its transfer. What I'm concerned about is the NNID association with a target 3DS once format is performed.

I'm aware it conflicts with the saved data after a transfer, I'm merely curious.

Performing a system transfer and then formatting would be just associating your NNID with your new console but losing all your data. You will be able to relink it fine.
