I'm currently dumping my 3ds apps, which is taking forever. And I want to dig out a particular app from the resulting files. However I don't want to randomly guess which app it might be out of the dozens of files being dumped.
Is there a list of title ids that I can check against to find which app I want?

Yup the post above should help you for system related titles.

If you ever need to search game related titles here is a good place to search:

Is this some obscure eshop game? backup it's save on home menu and it will help narrow it down.
    sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/backups/titleIDLow_Somewhere_around_here
assuming you don't have a gillion backups.

I'm just going to guess, there are very few of my files that are larger than 15mb. According to the 3DS system, it's 171 blocks, which apparently is about 21mb.
