Hacking Need title ID (Or TMD) and version for

Right, here's the deal. IOS 61 and Shop Channel installer craps on me. Always fail during the installation of Shop Channel.

So for that, I have a few questions (Which shouldn't be noob questions):
1)What's the Title ID (Something like 0001000248414241) and version number for the latest Shop Channel? Better yet, give me teh TMD (Is it illegal)?

2)Does NUSD gets the latest version?

3)If the WAD Created by NUSD is corrupted, I shall boot into HBC through Preloader and uninstall the Bad WAD, will the Shop Channel be missing?

4)Does the Shop Channel needs to be patched?
