ROM Hack Need some help with trainer sprites...

I have been trying to take dragonball Z buu's fury sprites and put them into a pokemon game preferably ds but i will settle on gba too. here are the sprites I am trying to use http://spritedatabase.net/file/2870 can this be done? if so can someone provide me the tools needed?

Bump... It's ok I posted this on many forums no one seems to know so I'm guessing it would be diffcult
