I did what you said still getting the same error

Edit : went back over made sure the files were in the right directory still same error

By theme manager, he meant go back to your system home menu, open themes, make sure when you try to change theme color, it will say "creating theme data" then you're good to go try again.

you mean ds profile change theme color in settings? I did that it didn't say creating theme data

Change to any theme color. Doesn't matter. Once you run menuhax, it will change it back.

Also you need WiFi. Make sure your internet settings are configured for your nand. It still needs to download the ropbin payload.
