Hacking Need some help flashing this fat DS

I first went to check the firmware, and it was Pink/Purple, which is probably v5.

So, I inserted a Superpass 2 in the DS Slot (with "Jump Superstars"), my Supercard SD in the GBA slot and turned the console on.

Now, my problem is that when booting with this layout, both screens just turn white and nothing happens. I heard this was caused by some type of protection added in later firmwares, but I couldn't find more information on it, besides having heard that it had something to do with booting the SRAM of the cart.


Long story made short, I want to install flashme on this new fat DS of mine, but my usual method doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on how to install it, then?

Your supercard + pass are not set up with the right Sram

Yeah, but they state this:

You should see the list of game codes to choose from. In this case, I am using the Metroid Prime Demo version of PassMe2.. So, I am going to press the D-Pad RIGHT a few times to scroll through a page at a time and select AMFE. You would pick the game code that is written on the front of your DS game cart.

However, the code for "Jump Superstars" states that it isn't compatible... Any ideas on what else to try?
