Homebrew need some help finding a n3ds to buy

my o3ds i had cfw on had broke due to falling and breaking the top screen and i dont want to try and repair it but i dont want the galaxy model and i dont know what one i can buy on a low enough version to put luma on it i would prefer if i could get it before the end of this month aswell

so are you saying all 3ds when bought new are on a low enough firmware to do it currently without hardmodding?

The 3DS's out there on retail shelves should have no problem with softmodding.
