Homebrew Need some converter names!

Hello.. Are there any good converters (by good I mean free

) which convert
1) .pdf to .cbds
2) .cbr/.cbz to .cbds
3) .jpg to .cbds

I know about pictods but it asks for a pdf to jpg converter in the command line which I don't have. Also I don't exactly know what to put in the unrar command line..

Any help will be greatly appreciated....

oh.. ok

it's just that pictods is asking for pdf to jpg converter.. Aren't there ant free programs which do this conversion (pdf to jpg). I tried googling but the paid ones come up..

Well, there's Cool PDF Reader. It's freeware, too.

convert -density 300 file.pdf file.jpg

or GSview + ghostscript? (link)
You just open the pdf in GSview, file->convert, pick jpeg, and for name choose

NAME%03d.jpg

that will generate NAME001.jpg, NAME002.jpg, NAME003.jpg, etc...

I'm linking to open source software websites, so I dont think I'm breaking the rules, right?

The PicToDS converter can already do CBR/CBZ-to-CBDS and JPEG-to-CBDS fine. For PDF conversion, I normally use Paperless Printer to print out the PDF to a series of JPEG images. Try the other posters' suggestions first though.
