Gaming Need Help

I just got a pre-modded PSP off a friend but I know very little about PSP modding. It has FW 4.01 M33, a GBA emulator, and Megaman X6 (not sure if actually bought or not) on it. What can/can't I do on it? What do I need to get it to run the most recent games/homebrew apps. Also I do not have a Pandora Battery. All help is appreciated.

your psp is already full modded , you just need iso to play games
and if you want update your FW to higher M33 version

Because your on 4.00 firmware or higher, you can download the XGEN Updater to get onto GEN D,
This can play any game without patching.
