Hacking Need help with wads

I know that you can inject a ROM into a WAD file, but what I want to know is if it's possible to extract a ROM from a WAD, like say I have a "Mega_Man_3".wad is it possible for me to extract the "Mega_Man_3".rom?

NVM, I tried the Search Function again, and I found something which might help.

just get the program auto injector is the easiest way, atleast it is for me
