ROM Hack Need help with poketext for NDS

i opened thenewpoketext and it wrote:

the New Poketext
 2008/2009 loading NOW
ROMNAME:

then i wrote the romname(pokemon platinum) n then it makes only a folder called tmp_pokemon_platinum

n it wrote also:
cannot open files'pokemon platinum'



what must i do now?

type the name of the rom with .nds at the end
