Homebrew Need help with ntr boot setup

well when i learned that there is a new 4.0 update i decided to try injecting ntrboot with my r4 sdhc dual core .com .cn apparently I made some progress and instead the classic setup failed i got the option to inject ntrboot but when i pressed retail i got a message saying writing blowfish key 0% for some seconds and then everything at the bottom screen went black i tryed this several times and i was given the same message any ideas ?

Did you select the correct flashcart? I don't have that flashcart, but I've heard they're a pain to inject.

I found the solution to the problem I used an unofficial beta launcher and it worked now i have access to cfw
