Homebrew need help with NDS forwarder

and i picked games are on SD card and downloaded the files for it and everything but when i installed the CIA files for the games and loaded them it just loads the DS bios screen

super mario 64. do i need to have the .nds file on the device or just the installed CIA and if i need the .nds file where do i need to put it

you have to have the _nds folder on your 3ds sd card. Use the program for windows to create the forwarder. It should show the DSi bios thing and if the game is supported, it should boot after a white screen.

If you did ALL of the steps, make sure your sd card is formatted to have a 32kb cluster size. Do this with a PC or GodMode9. Make sure to backup EVERYTHING from your sd card to your PC.

yes i do have the _nds on the root of my sd card. i even tried Mario kart DS and i know that ones supported but its still just a white screen. like i asked rob, do i need the .nds file on the device if i do where do i put it?

nds-bootstrap. You should already have that, if you extracted the pack. If not, the forwarder will say that bootstrap isn't found.

My SD card cluster size is 32kb, and there are no lags in 3DS games.

hold on.... when i picked the option for ROMS on sd card were they supposed to be on my 3ds. they were on my PC and i just moved the .cia to my 3ds sd card.

Yes. They should be on your 3DS' SD Card, and set "Automatically set ROM path".

i my error with the .nds files and rom path and i made sure m cluster size was 32 but it still dosent work......................... -__-

No clue why it isn't working for you, then.
Might have to use TWLoader.

Try waiting a long time for the game to load. It take about a minute for me.
