Hardware Need help with my 3DS

When I boot it up, it can't read the apps from the SD card, and when I select anything it just freezes there in the main menu and I have to press the off button for a few seconds for it to turn off.

And if I close the lid while it's on, the screen just goes black and it freezes too.

I guess I'll have to send it for repairs now

Yeah, I know that I'm a bit late but maybe you've locked your SD card:

The switch must be in the upper position!

Try quickly reinserting the SD.

It's not the SD card. Even without one, it still freezes.

Update your 3ds,or try asking the official tech forums.Do you have any idea how it happened,last option:, go for repair
