Need help with MacBook Pro 2010

When I did something similar, I ended up making my own MacOS VM to download and set up a bootable USB installer. Kept it around for a year after that too to experiment with MacOS.

Then I got my own MacBook and realised how the difference in performance is pretty big. Can’t beat the real thing...

But for the purpose of this thread, go with Tom’s advice. No need to over complicate this.
 
You don't need to buy a bootable USB if you have any other PC around. Simply download the .dmg of whatever OS X version you want, and use something like TransMac (if you're on Windows) to make a bootable USB drive for Macs.
alright ill try to do that with my newly built pc

i couldnt get the mac to detect it
